Job Title: Project Coordinator   One Touch IT Solution Implementation
Location: Reach Deaf Services, Deaf Village, Ireland, Ratoath Road, Cabra Dublin 7
Contract Type: PT Specified Purpose, estimated duration (6 months Contract)
Reports to: CEO
Salary: €15,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Hours: Minimum of 14hrs hours per week

Purpose
Reach Deaf Services provides services to the Deaf Community, including a supported living service, and a boarding campus for Deaf children attending the Holy Family School for the Deaf.

A Project Coordinator is being recruited in a part time contract capacity. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of the One Touch Health system across the organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with operational and regulatory requirements. The post holder will work closely with internal stakeholders, system vendors, and frontline teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of the system. The project coordinator will focus on the successful delivery of the remaining components of the One Touch IT solution by end of year 2026, ensuring the system is fully functional, adopted, and aligned with organizational needs.

Below are the main areas of responsibility;

  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan for the implementation of the One Touch Health system.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery of the project
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organisation and the system provider.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including HR, IT, Finance, Management, and General staff Teams.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, updates, and reporting.
  • Manage expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems (e.g., HR, payroll, rostering).
  • Work with the vendor to resolve technical issues and ensure system functionality meets organisational needs.
  • Review existing project documentation and status.
  • Develop and implement a change management strategy to support system adoption.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff and management.
  • Create SOPs, and support documentation.
  • Address user concerns and drive engagement with the new system.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Track project KPIs and establish clear milestones /timelines
  • Ensure proper documentation of all project phases.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to complete the payroll implementation and remaining components.
  • Set up or reinforce project governance structures and reporting mechanism
  • Develop, update, and standardise Support Services documentation within Boarding/SLS, including transferring existing support and health plans into the OTH format and ensuring systems are current and compliant.
  • Provide training and demonstrations to managers and support staff on accessing and understanding Support Services documentation to ensure consistent use across services

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience managing system implementation projects or complex IT projects (preferably in HR or healthcare or social care sectors)
  • Experience working with digital health systems, rostering, or workforce management tools
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems set up.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Task Delegation skills.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience of working within a residential or community setting
  • Fluency in ISL, another signed language or a willingness to achieve this – same will be funded by the organization
  • Knowledge and experience of working within the Deaf community.
  • Prior experience of working with external agencies and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Presentation Skills Experience of planning and hosting events.
  • Experience with One Touch Health system or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in change management and training delivery

  • If no previous knowledge of Irish Sign Language, willingness to learn quickly.
